Johnson County Community College (the “College”) is soliciting bids for the interior base bid renovation of the Welding Lab Building (WLB). Full detailed project specifications and drawings (NOTE - these are scheduled for release by NLT 3/6/24 @ 5pm) can be downloaded on the “Bid Documents” tab in ProcureWare https://jccc.procureware.com NOTE - It is not necessary to log in to view these documents. *All communications in regards to this RFB are only to be directed to the Procurement dept. via the "Clarifications" tab in Procureware. NOTE - You must be registered and logged in to view this tab. A combined pre-bid conference with interested Contractors will be held at 2:00 pm, 3/11/2024, Room #GEB 233 Craig Auditorium (2nd floor) in the General Education Building (GEB) on the College main campus at 12345 College Blvd., Overland Park, Kansas 66210.This conference/site tour will enable Contractors to inquire about the bid & tour the work to be bid on for the project. No more than two (2) employees from each firm are to attend. Attendance at the conference is highly recommended.
