The purpose of this requirement it to provide a Wireless Breast Localizer system for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Cavazos, TX. Due to the proprietary nature of this supply only vendors who are authorized distributors of the requested equipment will be considered for award. In accordance with FAR 13.106, this solicitation will be presented to vendors who are authorized by the manufacturer to provide the Wireless Breast Localizer system and associated components. The Government will make an award to the offeror's quote that conforms to the Request for Quote (RFQ) and proposed price is determined fair and reasonable.

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to:

1. Remove FAR Clause 252.204-7020, which is not applicable to this requirement.

2, Extend the offer due date from 29 August 2024 to 30 August 2024.

3. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain the same.
