1) NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price service contract for Electrical and Winterization services for the Ceremonial Barge Chesapeake in support of Naval District Washington (CNRNDW). The requirement will utilize the procedures of FAR Subpart 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures".

2) This requirement will be solicited with a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The resulting contract will have an estimated Period of Performance (POP) for 22 November 2019 through 1 May 2020.

3) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336611 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) associated with this requirement is J020.

4) A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 20 November 2019. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download on beta.sam.gov; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
