The National Park Service, Southwest Alaska Network Nearshore Monitoring Program, has a requirement for a vessel charter for winter marine bird and mammal surveys. The survey will take place in the coastal area of Kenai Fjords National Park for a maximum of 5 days between March 1, 2022 and April 15, 2022. Detailed information is included in the solicitation package. Quotes are due at 3 PM Alaska time on December 3, 2021.

The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order.
