The Forest Service requires winter pasture and feeding for approximately 60 head of Forest Service horses and mules located on the Salmon-Challis National Forest, Custer County, Idaho. This project will be advertised as a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial item written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The performance period will be from November 1, 2008 through April 30, 2009. Quotes are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, October 28, 2008.
