Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Clovis for furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not be limited to, the removal and disposal of all asbestos containing material as noted in the asbestos survey report; the complete demolition and disposal of all structures noted in the plans, including foundations, underground utilities/pipes, vegetation, fences, and miscellaneous improvements; fill of subsurface areas, including compaction; traffic control, and development and implementation of a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP).
