Furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not be limited to, the removal and disposal of all asbestos containing material as noted in the asbestos survey report; the complete demolition and disposal of all structures noted in the plans, including foundations, vegetation, fences, and miscellaneous improvements; fill of subsurface areas, including compaction; traffic control, and development and implementation of a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP). Pre-bid meetings/job walks will be held on December 21, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. and December 29, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the La Paloma Winery located at 3437 Clovis Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612. Attendance at one of the pre-bid meetings is mandatory. Any bidder not attending one of the pre-bid meetings will be disqualified. Note: Hard hats and safety boots are required for the pre-bid meeting/job walk.
