CSWD hereby solicits proposals from qualified Respondents for purchase of a windrow turner, to include delivery, set-up, initial start-up and comprehensive training for the facility operators regarding windrow turner operation and maintenance. Proposals are sought from manufacturers, partnerships or firms that are windrow turner manufacturers, or have experience in windrow turner design, sales and installation at organics processing facilities.
