The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii (413th CSB, RCO-HI), is soliciting proposals for a single award contract consisting of firm-fixed price (FFP). The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period (Performance commencement date of 30 September 2016).

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, parts, materials, vehicles, and other items and services necessary for the installation of 3M Fasara Privacy Film or equal (Frost/Mat & Fabric patterns) at 59 window panes. Location is rooms 102, 103, 110 and 111 of the Information Systems Facility (ISF), Building 1500, Schofield Barracks, HI 96857.
