**SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 28 JANUARY 2021 @ 10 a.m.**

NOTE: It has been recommended and would be most beneficial for a vendor to be available for a site visit to accurately quote this requirement. The scheduled date for the site visit is 28 January 2021 @ 10 a.m. Once I have received your notice of intent to attend the site visit, I will supply you with the appropriate paperwork needed to submit a background check in order to gain access to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Please let me know your intent as soon as possible, but “NO” later than the 19th at 12 p.m. EST as it can take up to five (5) working days for processing all required paperwork.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.   

Synopsis/Solicitation N0017821Q6663 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF18.  The SF18 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. 

This requirement is eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure Window Tint, in accordance with Statement of work (SOW) found in Section C.  Site visit is required to accurately quote this requirement.  Please see attached SF18.

Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13.  The order shall be firm fixed price.  

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.  Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
