Bid Information: The Malvern Housing Authority in Malvern, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Window and Security Door Replacement at Babcock, Lockman, and Bailey Place, until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the office of the PHA located at 100 Gloster Street, Malvern, AR 72104, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Information: A Prebid Conference at the MHA Office will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner.
