Augusta is seeking bids for the window and shutter replacement for the Ezekiel Harris House. The project consists of window and shutter restoration on the Ezekiel Harris House, located at 1822 Broad Street in Augusta. This is a historical structure and all work is to be performed in accordance with historic restoration guidelines to the extent possible. The owner wishes to retain as much of the original work as is possible, however, it is acknowledged that some of the materials have deteriorated to the point where replacement is the only option. When replacement is required, material is to be period appropriate.
