The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires multiple electric winches and a multiple winch control system for use on the Dredge Goetz fleet.

Contractor shall provide to the Government one (1) double drum water fall design winch, to be used as lifting winch; two (2) standard upright winches, to be used as tieback winches for the Goetz anchor barge; one (1) control system for lifting winch and tieback winches; and two (2) standard upright winches (one right hand, one left hand) with controller, to be used as pontoon spud winches. Offered winches shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the brand name Wintech winches identified by model numbers listed in solicitation SOW.

Wintech Model DP8000-50-2-DC-BB Electric Double Drum Winch or equal

Tieback Winch - Quantity: 2
Wintech Upright model #331L-RC-B9-10 40 TON Electric Barge Winch or equal

Control System - Quantity: 1
Control System for above lifting and tie back winches. The controls shall operate the double drum waterfall lifting winch and the two single drum tieback winches from a centrally located panel.

Spud Winch, Right Hand - Wintech model # 331R-RC-A9-12 or Equal -- Quantity: 1
Spud Winch, Left Hand - Wintech model # 331L-RC-A9-12 or Equal - Quantity: 1
Offered winches shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the Wintech brand, Models # 331L-RC-A9-12 and 331R-RC-A9-12.
