The general nature of the work on which proposals will be received consists of the construction of a 69 kV – 12.47 kV electric substation, including site work, fencing, installation of concrete foundations, bus work, conduit and ductwork, grounding, power cable and associated work. The project also includes installation of owner-furnished equipment, including connecting an Owner-furnished 69 kV circuit switcher, 69 kV circuit breakers, lightning arresters, steel structures, control building, 69 kV control panels, and associated equipment.
