The home is a wood frame home and site amenities The project is being funded by a grant from the Save America's Treasures grant program, administered by the National Park Service, US Department of the Interior Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $100.00 Payable to Willa Cather Foundation. Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening. A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $35.00 is required if shipping is requested. Partial sets will not be issued. A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
