The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Wiley-Blackwell Bureau-wide 2009 backfiles for 25 journal titles. This product is known to be available only from John Wiley & Sons, Inc. as the only provider of the product as these backfiles are published, maintained and distributed exclusively by Wiley-Blackwell. The USGS is aware of no other source that can provide the above. Therefore, it intends to make an award to John-Wiley & Sons, unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes he can provide the same product. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer, [email protected] no later than 9/03/2009 with an affirmative answer.
