The issue date for this solicitation is June 17, 2008. The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from selected contractors for Renovation at the Wildomar, CA Main Office. The project is to be completed in 100 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $275,000-$300,000. This is an owned facility. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to renovate customer parking lot, renovate box and service lobby. These will be done in phases. The proposal must contain the offerors overhead, profit, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. Offers will not be publicly opened.
