The U.S. Forest Service will require the creation of structures suitable for cavity nesting wildlife, and to provide down woody material for wildlife or fish habitat improvements.  The Forest Service project areas will include the Willamette, Siuslaw, Umpqua, and Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests.  The Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) project area will include the Northwest Oregon District Office.

The Forest Service is soliciting a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA).  Established BPAs will describe the ordering procedures of new requirements, and identify terms and conditions that will be incorporated into awarded task orders.  The Government will compete task orders among all companies awarded a BPA, and issue an awarded task order to the contractor that represents the best value.
