THE CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF THE WARM SPRINGS RESERVATION OF OREGON WILDLIFE SERVICES - NORTHERN SPOTTED OWLS RFP Closing Date & Time: 4:00 PM, April 15, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP P9751-V05-4260 The Forestry Department of the Confederated Tribes is seeking Wildlife Services for Northern Spotted Owl Moni toring Services from trained and demon strated experienced contractors with the necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to conduct the required surveys on approximately 247,234 acres of reservation lands. Spotted owl activity centers are located in rugged, mountainous terrain; many of which are accessible by nearby roads while some may require considerable hiking or other modes of travel such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or ATV/4-wheel drive vehicle. The anticipated contract period will be from April 26, 2021 To December 31, 2023. The project contains federal funding there-by making it subject to all applicable federal regulations including but not limited to Indian Preference.
