Solicitation number for this requirement is FA8601-13-R-0004. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62, 20 Nov 2012.

The AFLCMC/PZIOA Operational Contracting Division, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for QTY: (1) Wideband Upconverter with Thirty-Two (32) channels that have integrated LO's with (1) control interface for control of all channels, with either A) individual channel control or B) all channels controlled together. In accordance with the attached solicitation, that includes the Statement of Work (SOW): "Wideband Upconverter"

Wide Area Workflow- Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) is the DoD system of choice for implementing this statutory requirement. Use of the basic system is at no cost to the contractor. Failure to submit all required documentation/information may result in a proposal being ineligible for award.
