Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona, Performance Assessment Department (Code PA44) has a requirement to procure two (2) Wideband DRS-8300X IRIG 106 Chapter 10 telemetry recorders, which is solely manufactured by Wideband Systems. Wideband recorders are to expand the shipboard Advanced Telemetry System - Classified/Unclassified (ATS-C/U) in support of Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System (AEGIS BMD), Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) missile testing mission. This shipboard system will be used to record live missile telemetry data during the scheduled events. Additionally, telemetry data is used in the performance and readiness assessment of Fleet combat systems.
The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed price contract to Wideband Systems, Inc.
