The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), four (4) Wideband DRS-8300X IRIG 106 Chapter 10 telemetry recorders, which is solely manufactured by Wideband Systems, Inc. Wideband recorders are to expand the shipboard Advanced Telemetry System - Classified/Unclassified (ATS-C/U) in support of Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System (Aegis BMD), Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) missile testing missions.   

This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).
