The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids for the construction of a new Crew Headquarters Building on State Game Lands (SGL) #280 in Penn Township, Berks County. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40’ x 80’ pole building with all framing, installation of metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows and other building appurtenances. Bids will be opened electronically and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, located at 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on February 04, 2021 at 2:00 PM. All HVAC, plumbing, lighting and electric systems are to be bid separate from this contract. In accordance with the Separation Act (P.L. 155, May 1, 1913).
