PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with the Whitlock Group, 12820 West Creek Parkway, Suite M, Richmond, VA 23238 for the purchase of Mission Planning Room Audio Visual (A/V) Upgrade for the Technical Hazards Response Unit (THRU).

The Whitlock Group is the exclusive provider for the THRU for Mission Planning Room A/V Upgrade. Based on extensive market research no other vendor can provide the THRU for Mission Planning Room A/V Upgrade.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Johnny Garrett, email address: [email protected] by Thursday 8 August 2019 at 9:00 am (Eastern Standard Time).

Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
