This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number FA462521R1001 (pre-solicitation number FA462520R1006).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-01, Defense Acquisition Circular 20201001, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001.  This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562910, Remediation Services.  The small business size standard is $22M.
