Specifically, we are seeking proposals for the following: 1. Removal of existing Activboards and other markerboards that may be mounted behind them. 2. Installation of new Epson® BrightLink 725Wi WXGA 3LCD Ultra Short-Throw Interactive Projectors, (Model V11H998520). We will supply the wires, projectors and wall-mount kits (Model V12HA06A05). 3. Coordination with whiteboard provider/shipper to receive and unload whiteboards at the school site. Designated storage/staging areas will be identified. 4. Installation of new 5’x12’ (105) and 5’x8’ (4) markerboards. We will supply the boards and any included standard hardware, but it is likely that additional hardware (Tapcon screws, etc.) will be necessary to securely attach the boards to classroom walls. 5. Provision and installation of audio visual connections to the new projectors: i. The installer will supply and install glue mount raceway (1”x1.5”) with ceiling grid raceway adapters near teacher computer. ii. The district will supply Display port to HDMI cables for connecting teacher computer to the projector. iii. The district will supply USB cables and/or extenders from computer to projector as needed. iv. The installer will install all provided cabling in raceway between the computer and projectors.
