U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for White Phosphorus, Grade 2 IAW MIL-W-215D dated 1 May 89 w/Amd 2 dated 19 Mar 91, Note 1 dated 19 Apr 96 and Note 2 dated 8 Jul 04 (Elemental Phosphorus, CAS#7723-14-0. Assay: 99.9%. P4. Waxy yellow solid at room temperature).

This procurement is restricted to authorized distributors of White Phosphorus produced by Monsanto. The applicable NAICS code is 325920, with a small business classification size of 750 employees or less. F.O.B. Destination.

ACC-RI intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), W52P1J-20-R-3006 on or about 20 November 2019, with a closing date of 20 December 2019.
