EAST FORK IRRIGATION DISTRICT WHISKEY CREEK -NORTH PROJECT Bids due 3:00 pm, July 7, 2022 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS East Fork Irrigation District is requesting Bids from qualified firms and individuals to provide materials, transpor tation, equipment, labor, and other means to complete the WHISKEY CREEK -NORTH PROJECT in accordance with the Contract Documents. The project consists of approximately 6,000 LF of HDPE pipe, 5 pressure reducing stations, irrigation turn outs, and other work. Construction is to start on October 1, 2022 and is to be complete by March 15, 2023. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The pre-bid conference will meet at Panorama Point Park near 1200 Eastside Road, Hood River, OR. Bid documents will be available on June 20, 2022. Sealed Bids will be received no later than 3 p.m. on July 7, 2022 at the East Fork Irrigation District office (3500 Graves Road, Hood River, OR), at which time the bids will be publi cally opened and read. Facsimile and electronic bids will not be accepted. Any statements made by East Fork Irrigation District representatives, agents or employees at the pre-bid conference are not binding on the District unless confirmed by written addendum to the Contract Documents. The Contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (4OUSC276a) and the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Project is being funded by the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board, Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and East Fork Irrigation District.
