This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51.  The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to renew WHATSUP GOLD PREMIUM 500 Device Expired License Update and 12 month service agreement for the following serial number:  13KF6CY1449W2DX.  The evaluation factor will be lowest price, technically acceptable.  The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5.  Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, prior to 3:30 p.m., Monday, May 2nd, 2011.  No telephone calls will be accepted.
