The improvement consists of: Rehabilitation of the Whatcom Creek sewer trunk main between manhole 03507 (in the vicinity of Nevada Street at Whatcom Creek) to the intersection of State Street and York Street within the City of Bellingham, WA. Improvements include cured-in-place pipe and manhole rehabilitation, construction of new manholes at existing sewer connections; and supporting activities such as a temporary sewer bypass system, traffic control, temporary bridge, excavation, shoring, concrete and asphalt paving, sensitive area mitigation, site restoration and other work.
