This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 337211 and small business size standard is 1,000 Employees.
This announcement constitutes the only written notice. Basis for award will be the best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptability and Price.

The site visits are scheduled to start Thursday, September 07 at 8:30AM Alaska Daylight Time at the 176th Mission Support Group Contracting Office (17441 Airlifter Drive, JBER, AK 99506). Visits to the other units/sites will immediately follow the initial site visit to the Mission Support Group Office.
RSVP and/or if base access is needed, please notify our office by Noon Alaska Daylight Time on Wednesday, September 06, 2017 at [email protected]. This will be the one and only opportunity to visit the site locations for the purpose of performing room measurements. NOTE: THE PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF CONDUCTING THEIR OWN ROOM MEASUREMENTS and DEVELOPING THEIR OWN DESIGN AND FURNITURE PLAN --THESE SITE VISITS WILL BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM MEASUREMENTS.
