(CST), THURSDAY, MARCH 16, 2023 A portion of Westside High School currently has a ballasted membrane roof nearing the end of its life. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements: • Removal of the existing roof ballast, roofing membrane, and roof insulation (location as identified on the drawings). • Removal of existing roof drains. • General demolition to accommodate project. • Installation of new roof insulation, membrane, roof drains and piping.
