The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to West Publishing Corporation, (DBA) Thomson West, 610 Opperman Drive, St. Paul, MN 55123 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Thomson West shall provide forty-seven (47) Material Number 21035152, three (3) Material Number 13512583, three (3) Material Number 21085885, one (1) Material Number 14818126, one (1) Material Number 13973963, and one (1) Material Number 17765753. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit their capability statement and qualifications no later than 15 days from posted date of this announcement. All responses shall include FOB point if applicable; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; and business size. Responses over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. No solicitations will be issued therefore such requests for solicitation will be considered non-responsive.
