The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is contemplating a commercial requirement for one (1) Type DS-840 Westinghouse circuit breaker. The anticipated requirement will not include installation. The circuit breaker shall be delivered to the FTC Headquarters building at 600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20580. The proposed NAICS code is 334418. All interested vendors are encouraged to respond. The Government will determine a potential set-aside based on responses to this synopsis.
