Soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants for the complete design and bid documents for capital improvements necessary to increase treatment capacity at the West Pasco Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The scope of work for the selected consultant is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, preparation of plans, specifications, engineer's estimate and contractual documents, as well as all permitting documentation and bidding and construction support, as required for the successful completion of the project.
