Notice is hereby given that online bids will be received by the City of Pasco, until 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 6, 2022, for construction of the City of Pasco West Pasco Water Treatment Plant Improvements: Phase 1 project. The work to be performed includes: installation of membrane treatment units and ancillary equipment to expand treatment plant capacity from 6 MGD to 12 MGD, installation of a new process residuals system involving a clarifier and new residuals pump station building, SCADA system upgrades, and other plant improvements.
