Sealed proposals for the construction of the WEST ILLINOIS MULTIMODAL IMPROVEMENTS ES561 project, will be received by the City of Bellingham, 2221 Pacific Street, Bellingham, Washington, 98229 at the Purchasing Office until December 14, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., and thereafter will be publicly opened and read. The improvement consists of: Installation of new sidewalks and related hardscape along with signal improvements and corridor rechannelization. Work also includes a new roundabout at the intersection of Meridian and Illinois Street and related water and stormwater utility improvements along with corridor site restoration
