The boat launch improvements include a new gangway and floats attached to existing piles with a new cast-in-place concrete ramp and anchor for a new push-in place precast concrete ramp at both drive lanes. Wet construction with barges/floats for equipment, removal of precast planks on both ramps, placement of gravel base (in the wet), installation of cast-in-place ramp and anchor (above water) with slide-in-place rail and precast plank system, double boom silt fence employed during in-water work, and dredge and disposal at landfill of approx. 1400 yards of sediment with the top foot requiring lamprey collection and survey by the District.
