PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Forests Service is requesting quotes for the abandonment of eleven wells. The intent of the Government is to award a firm fixed price construction contract. All work shall be performed under direct supervision of a licensed water supply well constructor certified in the state of Oregon. Work includes, but is not limited to the removal of existing pumps, drop pipes, pulling/ripping casings, filling with cement grout or concrete, removal of existing concrete pads, hauling material, and final finish work.
PROJECT LOCATION: Project will be located within various locations on the Deschutes NF, Ochoco NF, and Crooked River National Grasslands.
Contractors shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, supplies (unless specified elsewhere as Government-furnished), and incidentals required to accomplish specified work in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of the contract.
