The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Well 5 Repairs - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Building 3022, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall remove all components necessary to replace the existing well gaskets, and seals in accordance with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (CALOSHA). All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders may attend the optional job walk on 2/7/2024, at 2:00 PM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, Building 3022, San Miguel, California. The prime contractor MUST possess a type A - General Engineering Contractor License and/or C-57 - Well Drilling Contractor or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is $18,000.00.
