This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 July 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190628, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 517311 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.

The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
Important Dates/Times (All Times are Central Time)
• All quotes shall be submitted by Monday, August 12, 2019: 2pm Central Time.
• Optional Site Visit on Thursday, July 18, 2019: 2pm Central Time. Attendees will need to email a confirmation of interest by Tuesday, July 16 July, 2019 otherwise no site visit will be conducted.
• Questions will be submitted no later than Monday, July 22, 2019: 2pm Central Time. Responses to questions will be posted to FBO, after close of questions no other inquiries will be addressed.
