The Department of Education intends to award a sole source modification to IBM (12902 Federal Systems Park Drive Fairfax, VA 22033) for services to support the WebSphere/Tivoli.software. Support services include administering the high availability, high visibility clustered Portal and Process Server environments which are integrated with Tivoli Access Manager, Directory Server, and WebSEAL controlling access to the WebSphere Portal and Process Servers; installing and configuring multiple environments; and installing builds and troubleshooting operational problems.
