The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Software, AG, Reston, VA, for renewal of Web Methods e-learning for the EAIB project. All responsible sources who can provide the requirement above should submit a written quotation to include a description of services via email to Bridgette Otero at [email protected] within 15 calendar days of this posting. Organizations submitting quotes should also include a description of corporate history, and three references, Federal Tax ID Number, and DUNS number. Government references are preferred. Award will be based on prices and other factors. All quotes shall include price; GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. If no responses are received, award will be made to Software, AG.
