A question was received asking CFTC to define 'system controller' which is discussed in the test rehearsal section of the Scope of Work. The system controller is the control unit used to control all of the equipment associated with he setup. It may be the system codec, audio mixer, etc. The date and time for quotation submission remains unchanged.
