The Authority seeks proposals from firms or individuals for the provision of personnel and technical resources necessary to conduct and host live Webcasting of Authority Board Meetings and the archiving of these Webcasts, at the San Diego International Airport. A draft scope of work is posted in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement included with the RFP document. Mandatory On-Site Job Walk: (Attendance is mandatory). This job walk is an opportunity for Respondents to review the Webcasting System and ask questions regarding the RFP documents and the process. The job walk will be held in the Board Conference Room located on the 3rd floor of the Commuter Terminal, 3225 N. Harbor Dr. San Diego, CA 92101, at 9:30 am September 5, 2013
