The Bureau of Indian Education intends to award sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Centrieva-WEAVE, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It has been determined that Centrieva-WEAVE provides an on-line subscription. It is critical to secure the accreditation that the University maintains assessment throughout reporting periods. This software allows the university to monitor assessment of faculty curriculum, administrative support services and develop reports, records, findings and assists with strategic plans for future operation. The software is proprietary in nature. This is for the annual subscription fee for unlimited campus-wide use of WEAVE on-line. The WEAVE subscription has already been implemented throughout campus and the university documentation and research has been entered into the system for annual cycle assessment purposes. We need to continue with functionality of the software and services in order to prepare for the accreditation site visit, adequately assess curriculum, and create corrective action plans for improving our shortcomings. The purpose of this procurement is to award based on a sole source requirement, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm’s capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
