Attached please find a draft Request for Quotations (RFQ), which will be finalized within the next few days.  Please use the attached for quotation preparation purposes until and unless it is revised.  QUOTES ARE DUE ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2010 AT 6:00 P.M., EASTERN TIME.  PLEASE NOTE FHWA WILL CONDUCT A SITE VISIT AT TFHRC  (6300 GEORGETOWN PIKE, MCLEAN, VIRGINIA) on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 AT 10:00 A.M., EASTERN TIME.  All interested offerors shall pre-register for the site-visit by emailing the participants' names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses to [email protected] no later than 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Tuesday, September 14, 2010.  Brian Kerr, Facilities Manager at TFHRC, will be conducting the site visit.  He can be reached at [email protected] and 202-493-3000.
