The City of Bellingham is accepting sealed proposals for the construction of the 76B-2018 WATERMAIN REPLACEMENTS EW-0233 project. The improvement consists of: Replacing approximately 4,500 linear feet of watermain in the public right-of-way. The work includes demolition, sawcutting, excavation, installation of watermains and appurtenances, asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curbing, concrete sidewalks, stormwater piping, and other work.
