NESKOWIN REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT WATERLINE PROJECT D9/D12 Bids Due 1:00 pm, March 2, 2020 INVITATION TO BID Neskowin Regional Water District (NRWD) invites bids for the construction of water main from Terrace Drive to Odin Way in Neskowin, Oregon. The proposed work includes: • Connect to existing 8" C900 at Ocean Way and Terrace Drive. 100 LF 8" C900 to highway • 160 LF 10" HDPE in directional bore under Highway 101 at MP 99. •1,362 LF 8" C900 pipe trench on east side of Highway 101. From MP 99 at Ocean Way to • 286 LF 8" C900 from Tibbets Road tie-in to Hills of Neskowin (HON) Pump Station. • 8-inch and 2-inch pressure reducing valves at HON Pump Station. • 1,588 LF 8" C900 on Tibbets Road from HON Pump Station to Odin Way in Viking Estates. CCB Registration At the time of the Offer opening, Offeror and sub-contractors must be registered for the appropriate category with the State of Oregon Construction Contractor's Board. Wage Rates This is a Prevailing Wage Rate project if the cost is over $50,000. The District will consider no Offer unless the Offer contains a statement by the Offeror as a part of its Offer that the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, relative to prevailing wage rates, shall be complied with by the successful Offeror and all subcontractors. Owner's Right to Reject Bids Offers may be held by the District for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of Offer opening for the purpose of reviewing the Offers and investigating the qualifications of the Offerors prior to awarding the contract.
