The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). All inquiries on this action can be submitted by email to the POCs: [email protected], NO LATER THAN 21 May 2019 @ 1:00 P.M. This is NOT a request for proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
The basic requirements for this equipment are as follows: Parts that are specifically for the existing OMAX waterjet that involve upgrade, and installation.
